We want you to be happy with your purchases from BallroomGifts.com and our policy is that your purchases are 100% guaranteed for exchange or refund for 30 days from date of shipment.  Please include the original receipt  with the merchandise when it is returned.  Refunds to not include any shipping, handling or insurance charges.

We try to depict the size and colors the very best way possible on the Internet, but due to some technical issues beyond our control, at times the photos/colors may not appear exactly as they truly are.  We also do our best to verbally describe all items in detail.  However, occasionally there is someone disappointed and we always make it right.
We will ship all orders AFTER payment is received - usually withing 48 hours unless there is a special order or a problem.  If there is a longer time frame we have noted it on the shopping cart page and will email you with any delays.

We will always send you an order confirmation and let you know if there will be any delays.

Orders of $15.00 or less will be shipped via US First Class Mail;
Orders of $15.00 to $49.00 will be shipped via US Priority Mail;
Orders of $50.00 or more will be shipped US Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.

Shipping, handling & insurance charges are the responsibilitly of the customer.  If you wish to make other shipping arrangements, please call or email to make special arrangements and do not use the shopping cart feature.

If you are unsure of charges, just let us know the method and your zipcode and we will calculate it for you.
